After having completed her double M.A. in Linguistics and English Literature Dr Baishali Mitra has received her PhD in English Literature from Osmania University. She has 18 years of rich experience in teaching and training in reputed Educational Institutions .Her primary research interests are in Business Communication, English Language Teaching and Diaspora Literature. She has presented her research papers in various conferences and her papers are published in National and International journals. Her research in mobile enabled language learning under the UGC Minor Research Project scheme has helped students in anytime, anywhere learning. She is also a qualified Business English Certificate (Cambridge English) Trainer. When she is not busy teaching or reading she loves to spend her time writing for her blog.
