Dr. Manujata Gupta earned her Ph.D in Linguistics from IIT Delhi. Her research is in the field of phonology. She is providing Consultancy service in Communication & Artificial Intelligence to EdMyst Inc., a US-based talent transformation organization. She holds Business English (Higher) Certificate from University of Cambridge. She has an experience of being a trainer and examiner for University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations India. Having an experience of more than a decade in teaching of English, Soft Skills, Employability, Body Language, Professional Writing, Presentation Skills and Intercultural Communication, she is a competent professional having M.A. and M.Phil in English, and MBA in HRM.

Her research focuses on business communication, and training and development. Being a linguist, she has a keen interest in phonological nuances of national and international languages. Presently, she is working on research regarding phonologies of north-western Indo-Aryan languages.

She has been conducting Management Development Programmes on Soft Skills, Presentation Skills, Assertiveness, Team Building and Positive Attitude, and Business Writing, for organizations like BEIL Infrastructure Ltd., SSWML (H.P.) and NTPC. She has also been invited by Panjab University, Chandigarh, to conduct multiple training workshops for national and international projects like MHRD RUSA Project, Project TIGR2ESS, Punjab Skill Development Mission, and employability skills training programmes.
