Asia-Pacific Risk & Insurance Association (APRIA) Conference, Osaka, Japan on 30th July, 2023

Prof. Dr. Abhijit K. Chattoraj (Chairperson, Insurance Business Management Programme, BIMTECH) attend the Asia-Pacific Risk & Insurance Association (APRIA) Board of Governors Meeting on Sunday, July 30, 2023, at Centenary Memorial Hall of Kansai University, Osaka, Japan.The board of governors discussed the future APRIA Conferences, APJRI’s Editor Report, Recognition of Organizers and various Scholarship schemes like Kyobo Life Travel Scholarships and Yu Ziyou Memorial Scholarships. The meeting also discussed the various awards like the Harold D. Skipper Award for the Best Paper. APJRI Best Paper Award, APJRI Best Reviewer Award and  Kyobo Life Contribution Award.

Dr Chattoraj and Dr Pradeep Kumar, Assistant Professor, BIMTECH, presented a conference on The Impact of Artificial Intelligence(AI)  on Customer Flexibility Recovery: Evidence from the Health Insurance sector in India. Dr Payal Sharma of Amity Business School, Mumbai, is also one of the coauthors of this paper. Mr Takau Yoneyama of Tokyo Keizai University moderated this concurrent session.
