INSURANCE COLLOQUIUM 2019 – INDIAN INSURANCE: DECIPHERING THE EMERGING MARKETING SCENARIO

BIMTECH INSURANCE COLLOQUIUM 2019 with the theme INDIAN INSURANCE: DECIPHERING THE EMERGING MARKETING SCENARIO was held in Mumbai on October 4th, 2019. This was the third edition of this very popular event from Insurance program of BIMTECH.

The event started with the welcome address by Dr. Harivansh Chaturvedi, Director – BIMTECH, it was followed by theme address by Mr. Sakate Khaitan, Senior Partner – Khaitan Legal Associates and Member-BoG BIMTECH and the keynote address was delivered by Mr. Nilesh Sathe, Former Member(Life), IRDAI.

There were two engaging panel discussions. Mr. Vijay Sinha, Mr. Arun Agarwal, Ms. Archana Vaze, Mr. Mayank Bathwal, Mr. Joydeep Roy, Mr. Shreeraj Deshpande, Mr. Syed Moinuddin Ahmed were some of the well-known faces of the industry as panelists. Panel discussions were moderated by Dr. Abhijit K. Chattoraj & Prof. Kakaseeri Krishnan both are faculty of BIMTECH.

Mr. M Ramaprasad, Ex. Member (Non-Life) , IRDAI was given Life Time Achievement award for his contribution to the development of industry.

More than 100 industry professionals participated in the event. Prof. Manoj Kumar Pandey proposed vote of thanks.
