Dr. Meera Kapoor is an L&D training professional with over two decades of experience in developing and conducting strategic L&D Trainings, Facilitator Development & Communication skills training, TTTs, Accent neutralization, soft skills & customer service training incorporating powerful principles from multiple domains such as English Literature, Soft skills and ELT. A PhD in English Literature, she has over 15 years of experience in teaching at a number of leading universities in Delhi NCR, such as IGNOU and Amity University and is certified in teaching Mass Communication by Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi. She has trained diverse group of Middle and High level management at leading organisations like TATA-AIG Insurance, Ericsson, NEC Pvt Ltd., 1218 Global, Ranbaxy, NTPC, CPWD to name a few. Dr. Kapoor is an accomplished professional with demonstrated and broad-based competencies in diversified streams of teaching & training. She has offered consultancy in the area of Interpersonal and cross-cultural communication, Business writing, Prepping for powerful presentations, Behavioural training, Leadership, Negotiation and Conflict Management, etc.
Dr. Kapoor has also served the Govt. of India in the capacity of an Editor for NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) and worked as an Editor and Scorer with Pearson India for Grading and Evaluation projects in Mandatory English test of Visa applicants to The U.K
