Dr. Itilekha Dash, a passionate teacher and trainer in the area of OB and People Analytics, having around 20 years of academics and industry experience. She has graduated in the discipline of Personnel Management and Industrial Relation from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha in 1995. She has done her doctoral study in the area of ‘Core Values’. She has done a diploma in Training and Development, a certified HRD auditor from TVRLS, Ahmedabad, certified Instructional Designer, XLRI certified in People Analytics, certified by NLP Coaching academy and a wellness certified coach with ICF approved content.
