Saloni Sinha is a gold medallist and NET-JRF in Linguistics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi and is currently pursuing doctoral studies from IGNOU in Translation studies. For more than 25+ years she has been playing a key role in the domain of research, training and teaching in the discipline of Communicative Competence for education sector, government and corporate. She is presently a faculty of Business Communication and Theatre at Birla Institute of Management Technology, Greater Noida, where she hones communication and employability Skills of MBA students. She also contributes in PIB-PM Unit, PMO, Government of India as a translator (Hindi-English) for Prime Minister’s Speeches. She is an Expert Advisor with Commission for Scientific and Technical Terminology, MHRD, GOI, where she contributes in analysing issues in Bilingualism and Semantics in development of bilingual glossary of technical terms. Saloni has established herself as an innovative teacher and has achieved international acclaim and awards for the same. She has been associated with IIM B, IIFT Delhi, EMLV Paris, FH Vorarlberg, Austria, Teri University etc. as guest faculty. She was an invited expert in DEI course development by Axis Bank.

She is committed towards SDGs, grand challenges awareness and integration as well as Responsible Management Education. Saloni contributes regularly as an expert in UN PRME, UNGC, UNESCO-Greening Education Partnerships, QS World ranking 2024 and Academy of Management, USA. She is actively engaged in NEP 2020 implementation for HEI and Directorate of Education, New Delhi. She is the curator of India’s first student led BIMTECH Business Literature Festival and is a core member of India’s 1st Green Literature Festival. As a trustee of Rajbala Foundation she contributes in the domain of palliative care and mental health through community radios in aspirational district of Nuh, Mewat and Gurgaon in Haryana. She has spearheaded life skills program in Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana at Neemka, Jewar, UP. She has actively contributed in Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat, Aatmanirbharat and Viksit Bharat by delivering workshops on entrepreneurial mindset, theatre based team building etc.
She is a published author and poet. Her latest novel presents management lessons and is based on turn-around story in Prabhat Khabar under the leadership of Shri Harivansh ji’s (Dy Chariman Rajya Sabha). She mentors entrepreneurs at Atal Innovation Centre. Saloni is a published author and poet. She is committed to nurture human connectedness and future skills to build sustainable workforce and changemakers through her art based innovative pedagogy.
