The International Rainbow Conference 2022 Highlighted The Need For Diversity And Inclusion In Education & Work Life

BIMTECH successfuly hosted and organized the International Rainbow Conference 2022 on Diversity, Inclusion, and Gender Equity in Education and Work Life. Many luminaries & renowned dignitaries from all over the world were part of the session and provided valuable insights on how & why D&l is important almost everywhere.

Dr Harivansh Chaturvedi, Director BIMTECH gave the welcome address whereas Ambassador Katharina Wieser, Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Maldives, Nepal & Sri Lanka addressed the conference on Diversity, Inclusion and Gender Equity. Lessons from EU Countries with special reference to Austria Dr Rupert Beinhauer, Dr. Anna -Maija Lamsa, Dr. Himanshi Tiwari were the Conference Chair and expressed their views on the need of RAINBOW project. Dr. Jean Helms Mills Professor of Management (Emerita) Saint Mary’s University Canada & Dr. Albert JMills Professor of Management (Emeritus) Saint Mary’s University Canada gave the keynote address on “Making Sense of Gender Equity, Diversity & Inclusion”

Ms. Preeti Chaudhary, LinkedIn India was the Curator, Host & Facilitator of day2. Dr Anupam Varma gave the vote of thanks and wrapped the conference for the year. The conference left everyone with something to ponder on.
