Students will compulsorily do a summer internship project with a company for a period of 10 to 12 weeks at the end of TRIMESTER III . There will be an industry guide who will monitor and guide the progress of the student . In addition to this the student will also choose one faculty mentor who will guide the student on regular basis.

The faculty guide and industry guide will also be in touch with each other for better coordination and effective mentoring.

Students usually present the internship report before the senior management of the companies. This provides an opportunity for the students to get more insights and feedback on the work done. This rigorous work done during the summer internship may lead to Pre Placement Offers / Pre Placement Interviews also.

Once the students come back they have to appear for viva before a panel of experts. They have to present and defend the work that they have done in the company

Summer Internship provides an opportunity for the students to apply the concepts and understand the business practice.
