Applications are invited for the post of Research Associate/Research Assistant/Field Investigator (purely contractual) in an ICSSR-sponsored research project under “Special Call for Vision Viksit Bharat@2047”, under the supervision of,

Co-Project Directors: Dr Prabina Rajib (Director, BIMTECH), Dr Shreya Mishra (BIMTECH), Dr Shalini Singh (BIMTECH), Dr Ashutosh Kumar (Jaipuria, Lucknow)

Project Title: Making Rural Women Digitally Capable: examining NGO’s Role in enhancing rural women’s digital equity in selected region of Uttar Pradesh

Following are the details of salary and eligibility:

Research Associate

Maximum emolument @Rs.47, 000/- p.m*. (Qualification – Postgraduate in social science discipline only (55% minimum) with NET /M.Phil./ Ph.D. and 2 years of research experience)
  • Desirable Qualifications: Research experience in the field of Management/Entrepreneurship/Tourism with good publications record (SCOPUS, ABDC, Web of Science etc.).
  • Hands-on experience on research software’s used in social science SPSS, NVIVO, R Programming etc.

Research Assistant

Maximum emolument @Rs.37, 000/- p.m*. (Qualification- Ph.D./M.Phil. /Postgraduate in a social science discipline with a minimum of 55%)
  • Desirable Qualifications: Research experience in the field ofManagement/Entrepreneurship/Tourism with good publications record (SCOPUS, ABDC, Web of Science etc.).
  • Hands-on experience on research software’s used in social science SPSS, NVIVO, R Programming etc.

Field Investigator

Maximum emolument @ Rs.20,000/-p.m*. (Qualification- Postgraduate in a social science discipline with a minimum of 55%).

*Duration/consolidated monthly emoluments of the employment of project fellows will be decided by the Project Director within the limits of the sanctioned financial allocation and as per the ICSSR rules.
